Our Service

Rise Credits Loan provides a free online service that collects information you submit and passes it to lenders and lending partners who may offer you a personal loan. We also publish educational content about borrowing. We are not a lender, do not make loans or credit decisions, and do not act as your agent, broker or financial advisor.

No Lender Relationship

Using our site does not create a lending, advisory or fiduciary relationship between you and us. Any loan you obtain is made solely by the lender under the lender's own agreement. Questions about rates, fees, payments, account servicing or collections must be directed to the lender. We are not responsible for any lender's decisions, products, conduct or communications.

No Promise of Offers or Terms

We do not promise that you will be matched with a lender, receive an offer, be approved, or receive any particular loan amount, rate, term or funding time. Lenders decide whether to make an offer based on their own criteria, which may include your credit history, income, debts and state of residence. Not all lenders or loan products in the market are included in our network, and offers may not be available in every state. Eligibility to Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States and legally able to enter into contracts to submit a request. You may submit a request only for yourself, not on behalf of another person.

Your Obligations

When you use the site, you agree to:

  • Provide information that is true, accurate, current and complete.
  • Use only your own name, contact details and financial information.
  • Not use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
  • Not attempt to interfere with the site's security or operation, including by introducing malicious code, scraping content by automated means or overloading our systems.
  • Not copy, reproduce or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Submitting false information may result in your request being rejected and may violate federal or state law.

Authorization to Share and Verify

By submitting a request, you authorize us to share your information with lenders, lending partners and service providers as described in our Privacy Policy. You also authorize those lenders and partners to verify your information and to obtain consumer reports about you, which may include soft inquiries and, if you proceed with a lender, hard inquiries that can affect your credit score.

Accuracy of Site Information

We work to keep our content accurate and current, but rates, fees, laws and lender practices change. Educational content, calculators, rate ranges and examples on the site are general estimates for informational purposes only. They are not offers, credit advice, legal advice or tax advice, and you should not rely on them as a substitute for reading a lender's disclosures or consulting a qualified professional.

Third-Party Lender Terms and Websites

If a lender makes you an offer, you may be redirected to that lender's website. The lender's own terms, disclosures and privacy policy apply to your dealings with it. Read them carefully before accepting any offer. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content or practices.

By submitting a request, you agree that we, lenders and lending partners may contact you at the phone numbers and email address you provide, including by calls, text messages and emails, about your request. Where permitted by law and with your express consent, these communications may use automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages, including to a mobile number. Your consent to marketing communications is not a condition of obtaining a loan. Message and data rates may apply.

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us at (888) 623-4231 or [email protected]. You also agree to receive notices and disclosures from us electronically.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Rise Credits Loan is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to RISE Credit or Elevate Credit.

Disclaimers

The site and all services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rise Credits Loan and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, credit standing, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site, your dealings with any lender or any loan you obtain. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your submission of false information or your misuse of the site.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable federal law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the site after that means you accept them. We may also change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
