Our support team is here to answer questions about our loan-matching service, your request and the information you submitted. Because we are a connector and not a lender, some questions are best answered by the lender that made you an offer. The sections below explain where to go for each kind of help.

How to Reach Us

  • Phone: (888) 623-4231
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Mail: 7725 Chestnut Avenue, Suite 735, Des Moines, IA 50309
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Central. Closed on weekends and major federal holidays.

We aim to reply to emails within one to two business days. For a faster answer, include the name and email address you used on your request, but never send a full Social Security number or bank account number by email.

What We Can Help With

  • Explaining how our request form and lender network work.
  • Confirming whether we received your request.
  • Correcting the contact details you submitted.
  • Removing you from our marketing lists.
  • Handling privacy requests described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Questions about our Terms of Use or how we are paid.

What We Cannot Help With

We cannot change a lender's decision, speed up a lender's review or negotiate your rate. We also cannot see or access your loan account with any lender, so we are unable to tell you a balance, process a payment, change a due date or send loan documents. For any of those, contact the lender directly using the details in your loan agreement or on the lender's website.

Opting Out of Marketing

You can stop marketing messages from us at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any text message from us.
  • Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
  • Call (888) 623-4231 or email [email protected] and ask to be removed.

Opting out with us does not stop messages from a lender you have already been matched with. To stop those, contact that lender directly.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about a loan, start with the lender that issued it, since only the lender can fix problems with its terms, payments or servicing. If the issue is not resolved, you can contact the financial regulator in your state, and you may also submit a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).

If your complaint is about our service, such as how we handled your information or our communications, write to us at [email protected] or by mail at the address above. Please describe what happened and how you would like it resolved, and we will respond in writing.
